  • Opportunities

The Post Growth Institute (PGI) believes that every person has unique gifts to offer.

At the PGI, you will be valued for your presence, passion and personal experience. We value inclusivity, openness, generosity, humility, curiosity and learning. By focusing on being rather than doing, we place relationships at the center of our work and organizational culture. We’d love to connect with you, if you are interested in joining us!

The PGI is committed to a slow and relational approach with respect to prospective volunteers and employees. We welcome anyone interested in joining our team to reach out and meet us over a 30- minute Expression of Interest call with our Director of Personnel and/or our Director of Wellbeing. The call is a chance to get to know each other, to learn more about the PGI, and to see if there is a genuine cultural fit for both you and us to proceed exploring possibilities. We onboard new team members through an annual process called Exploring Post Growth Program, an engaging 4-week cohort experience where we share the core pillars of the PGI approach along with learning from each other and building our relationships before interviewing candidates for available positions. This program has proven to be a huge success in highlighting the PGI's values of centering relationships and taking a slow approach.

We currently do not offer internships as such, but we are open to explore volunteer positions and also happy to talk to people about paid work in terms of future possibilities.

We are presently in the midst of running our 2nd XPG and Expression of Interest call will resume once we conclude the XPG program in October.

We are grateful for your interest in joining the PGI and we hope you’ll reach out to us and send us your C.V. (not required) for us to add and keep on hand. Please send documents or inquiries to info@postgrowth.org.

Thank you from the PGI Family!
